Neil spoke with Steve Simonds in May 2015 as part of the Maine Chapter's History project.  Both Neil and Steve have been dedicated leaders in Maine's "Partners of the Americas" organization.  Neil was a member of Maine Governor Ken Curtis's administration in the early 60's and helped form this sister-state exchange program with our friends from the state of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.  Neil references his early memories of this program and talks about his own personal experiences traveling to Brazil, and other parts of the world.
